Required Documents

The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
  1. Owners letter requesting the deletion of the vessel with the reasons of deletion and approval of the signature of the person issuing the letter

  2. Removing of the tracking device from the CICPA, as applicable to small ships and commercial pleasure boats below 300 GT

  3. A clearance certificate if the ship is mortgaged
