Required Documents

The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
  1. If the purpose of the housing support is (building / completing / adding / expanding / maintaining a house):

  2. Housing support decision.

  3. A copy of the building permit.

  4. A picture of the Earth's map.

  5. A letter from the bank with the contractor's account number.

  6. List the remaining works in case of completion, maintenance, addition and expansion (contracting parties).

  7. Annex to the contract.

  8. A copy of the land mortgage (in case of a loan).

  9. Emirates Development Bank receipt (in case of loan).

  10. Receipt of housing insurance (2500 dirhams) (in case of a loan).

  11. If the purpose of the housing support (government housing):

  12. A copy of the identity card

  13. A picture of the Earth's map.

  14. Emirates Development Bank receipt (in case of loan)

  15. In the case of a loan, the original housing insurance receipt (2500 dirhams).

  16. If the purpose of the housing support is (buying a home):

  17. A copy of the passport or identity card (seller).

  18. A letter from the seller with the required price for the dwelling (or a preliminary sale contract).

  19. A copy of the passport or identity card (seller).

  20. A copy of the ownership of the dwelling in the name of the seller.

  21. A copy of the building permit.

  22. A copy of the dwelling completion certificate (the dwelling age shall not be more than 5 years).

  23. A copy of the insulating layer guarantee (10 years).

  24. A letter from the bank with the seller's account number (the original).

  25. In the case of a loan, the original housing insurance receipt (2500 dirhams)

  26. n the case of buying an apartment, the following documents must be added to the above:

  27. A copy of the floor plan.

  28. A copy of the ownership of the apartment in the name of the seller.

  29. A copy of the building completion certificate (less than 7 years old).
