About the Service
This service is available to the national establishments Specialized with land transport (goods or passengers) (For the main mother company and branches) and this process takes place in the event of applying for an operating license for the facility for the first time and after verifying that the company activities of transport (between the Emirates or international transport)
Required Documents
The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
- Copy of emirates ID or Passport
- Copy of the trade license or the initial approval of the trade name in case he is applying for a trade license for the first time
Terms and Conditions
- Obtaining competent local authorities’ approvals
- To specify in the application the type of activity for which a license is required.
- Provide evidence of his undertaking to accommodate the means of transport when it stops working in appropriate places as decided by the competent authority

Fees Details
500 AED per activity, delay fee if it is not renewed within 30 days from the date of expiry (50 dirhams for each month of delay or part thereof, with a maximum of 150 dirhams for each activity)

In order to be able to print, please make sure that the registration and renewal of the vehicle operating cards required by the company has been completed
