This service allows establishments to apply for a permit for land transportation (goods or passengers) for the first time to work in the field of activity licensed in the country, which allows international land transportation or between the emirates on roads

Terms and Conditions

  1. The applicant must attach a copy of (1) ownership of the means of transport or the registration papers of the means of transport Or obtain data via integration.
  2. The means of land transport must be equipped with safety measures and meet all technical conditions required by the competent authority.
  3. The applicant must attach a valid insurance document that covers the United Arab Emirates, the insurance must cover the following: Or obtain data via integration
    • The means of transportation to be licensed
    • Driver, assistant and passengers
    • Civil compensation

Service Fees

100 AED - In addition to 5 AED per seat for passenger vehicles, 10 AED per ton for the total load of goods transport vehicles. Delay fee if it is not renewed or cancelled within 30 days from the date of expiry (50 dirhams for each month of delay or part thereof, with a maximum of 150 dirhams for each activity).
