Terms and Conditions

  1. General Conditions for the Housing Disposal Service:
    • The ministry shall not bear any additional financial obligations; these must be borne by the beneficiary.
    • Provide an acceptable justification for submitting the disposal request.
    • The housing unit concerned must have been finally handed over.
    • Provide an alternative housing unit that is suitable for the family.
  2. Sale Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Repay the full assistance amount.
  3. Lease Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Provide suitable housing for the family – The lease period must not exceed two years.
  4. Exchange Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Provide suitable housing for the family.
  5. Re-benefit Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Repay the remaining assistance amount.
