Terms and Conditions

  1. General Conditions for the Housing Disposal Service:
  2. The ministry shall not bear any additional financial obligations; these must be borne by the beneficiary.
  3. Provide an acceptable justification for submitting the disposal request.
  4. The housing unit concerned must have been finally handed over
  5. Provide an alternative housing unit that is suitable for the family.
  6. Sale Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Repay the full assistance amount.
  7. Lease Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Provide suitable housing for the family – The lease period must not exceed two years.
  8. Exchange Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Provide suitable housing for the family.
  9. Re-benefit Conditions – Provide convincing reasons – Repay the remaining assistance amount.

Required Documents

The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
  1. Sale Documents:

    • A letter addressed to the beneficiary explaining the reasons for the sale.

    • A statement confirming that the remaining amount has been deposited in the case of a loan, or the full amount in the case of a grant (after initial approval).

  2. Lease Documents:

    • A letter addressed to the beneficiary explaining the reasons for leasing.

    • A document proving the existence of a suitable alternative residence under the beneficiary’s name.

    • Additional documents depending on the stated reasons, such as a certificate of continued employment or children’s education in another city.

  3. Exchange Documents:

    • A letter addressed to the beneficiary explaining the reasons for the exchange.

    • A document proving the existence of a suitable alternative residence under the beneficiary’s name.

  4. Re-Benefit Documents:

    • A letter addressed to the beneficiary explaining the reasons for re-benefiting.

    • A statement confirming that the remaining amount has been deposited in the case of a loan, or the full amount in the case of a grant (after initial approval).
