About the Service
This service allows endorsing the COC or the Flag endorsement with approval of the training to work on board Oil tanker, Chemical Tanker, or Gas carriers.
Required Documents
The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
- Copy of Certificate of Competency
- Copy of basic safety training certificates
- Copy of the seafarer ID (CDC)
- 2 personnel photos
- The certificate of proficiency (COP) completing training for cargo operation.
