    Required Documents

    The required documents issued by approved authorities require a stamp, taking into consideration that the digital stamp is acceptable.
    1. A letter from the creditor (the mortgagee) stating a mortgage entry on the ship. With the authorization of the signatory for mortgage

    2. The original mortgage contract attested by a notary public, and if the mortgagee creditor is outside the country, the contract shall be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that country, then from the UAE embassy and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
