The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI) announced the signing of an agreement with Pact Carbon, aiming to implement and develop a pilot project to expand the use of electric bicycles. Additionally, the agreement includes conducting a study to explore the potential for future expansion of the partnership in alignment with the UAE's national direction towards transitioning to green and sustainable mobility.

The UAE Infrastructure and Housing Council held its regular meeting for 2024. His Excellency Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, presided over the meeting that discussed challenges and opportunities for developing and improving the efficiency of the infrastructure and housing sectors.

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI) and Korea’s Ministry of Environment held the 7th meeting for the Joint Operation Committee for Water Resource Cooperation. The meeting aimed to share latest technologies and experiences in water management and drive cooperation in related fields.
