Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure revealed that total requests received through its various electronic platforms reached 103,286 requests since the beginning of this year till this June, 52,225 of which are related to the citizen housing sector, while 51,61 are related to energy and infrastructure sectors.
The Ministry praised the efforts exerted by the customers who committed themselves to the digital transformation system, reflecting their national sense and their cooperation in making the strategic projects implemented by the UAE government succeed. The Ministry stated that the current year witnessed a remarkable increase in reliance on digital services provided by the Ministry through its website and smart application, which contributed to a great positive impact on individuals, society, infrastructure and environment.
The Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure affirmed that it is exerting its best efforts to improve its services, whether in terms of quality or speed of provision to customers from all sectors of society, within the framework of its commitment to the directives of the UAE government and the good leadership aiming at public comfort and meeting their aspirations, which will enhance the status of the State as a true place for happiness and quality of life.
The Ministry said. In fulfillment of the promise of our good government, we provided unified, diverse and coordinated channels of service that suit the customers' desire through a unified government interface, to become the fifth pillar of our promise of future services. The Ministry has always been keen on designing plans and initiatives to help it develop its services and improve its performance results to achieve the aspirations of the good leadership, develop the work system, and build on successful experiences by identifying the best governmental practices, which is a key factor in supporting the construction and development process pursued by the UAE."
The Ministry added. The Ministry has been constantly working on developing the customer's journey, reducing the required documents, facilitating procedures, using modern technologies, and having urgent and advanced plans in place to develop its services and enhance them to distinguished levels, based on Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure's vision and its persistent efforts to develop ambitious services capable of keeping pace with the current development in the various fields in the State, which strengthen the Ministry's steps towards achieving global leadership in the sectors of energy, infrastructure, housing and transport; and support the UAE’s Next 50 targets and the UAE Centennial 2071.
It is worth mentioning that Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure provides 124 digital services through its website and smart application, which can be easily applied for, as the Ministry aims through its work to increase the quality of its digital services and achieve high satisfaction rates. so that services access becomes easier, faster and simpler, which promotes the concept of smart government and achieves government integration, thus contributing to the satisfaction and happiness of customers.
