Objective of the Consultation:
This consultation aims to identify and forecast the critical skills that will be required within the Ministry over the next five years, in response to the accelerating transformations in the government work environment, including developments in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and strategic thinking.
The consultation also seeks to engage various segments of society-students, employees, graduates, and educational institutions-in enriching the discussion and exchanging perspectives. This collaborative approach will help align educational outcomes with the evolving needs of the government labor market.
