As part of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure's efforts to implement the Zero Bureaucracy Program, it has worked to simplify the mortgage release procedures through direct electronic integration and effective collaboration with Emirates Development Bank and the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation. This initiative aims to accelerate processes and enhance the customer experience.

The consultation aims to develop and deliver simplified, fast, flexible, and proactive government services that focus on customer needs, reduce administrative complexity, and gather feedback and suggestions to further improve the outcome of the initiative.
