Consultation Subject:
As part of a series of forums organized by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure to evaluate its services and to determine the requirements, needs and expectations of customers, the Customer Council Forum was organized.
Consultation Objective:
The forum is an opportunity for consultants, contractors, and individuals to participate, to help in participatory design, to listen to the customer's voice, and to extract new ideas, given the importance of the individual in society and the ease of access to them.
