Consultation Objective:
To develop the services of the Smart Mobile App of the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure according to the needs of the community and increase the number of service users to speed up customer access and facilitate the steps of requesting and obtaining the service, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure aims to involve all segments of society in knowing the most important reasons for the public's reluctance to use the smart application.
