Customer satisfaction about the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme App.

Objective:

In order to design and develop a smartphone application and digital services according to the needs of society.

Decision:

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure cares about the opinions of every member of the community, and accordingly, the comments that will be contained in this consultation will be taken into account when re-designing the smartphone application and digital services to meet the needs of the individual and know the preferred and easy way for the public to obtain their requests.


Outcome

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure is proactive in implementing the digital participation methodology in order to achieve its goal of improving digital services. The Ministry has offered digital advice with the aim of developing the design of its smartphone application and digital services, in a way that simulates the needs of every individual in the society, involving each individual in designing the service he needs, and how to offer it.

 After the participation of all spectrums of society in creating and designing the Ministry's mobile application, the Ministry merged the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program application with the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure application, while redesigning the external appearance of the Ministry's application, as well as, improving the ways of creating and designing its digital services based on the public's desire, as the users' participation indicate that they are not happy with the design of the Zayed Housing Program application, and consider the classification of the list of services and the features of assistance in the application.
